Affiliate Referral Program Guidelines & Policies

1. Program Overview

The Baguio Feels Bed & Breakfast Affiliate Referral Program (“Program”) rewards approved affiliates (“Agents”) who refer guests to stay with us.

 

2. Terms & Conditions

Referral Process

  • Each Agent will receive a unique referral code and a personalized QR code.
  • Guests must provide the Agent’s referral code or QR code upon check-in for the referral to be validated.
  • A booking is considered a “Qualified Referral” only when:
    • The guest books directly with Baguio Feels Bed & Breakfast (via official booking channels such as phone, email, or direct website).
    • The guest presents the referral code or QR code at check-in.
    • The guest successfully checks in and completes their stay (check-out).

Exclusions

  • Self-referrals are not allowed.
  • Third-Party Platform Bookings: Reservations made through Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, or any other third-party travel platform are not eligible for referral rewards, regardless of whether the guest presents a referral code or QR code at check-in.
  • Canceled, refunded, or no-show bookings do not qualify.

Modification & Termination

  • Baguio Feels Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time.
  • Agents will be notified of changes via email or official communication channels.

 

3. Privacy Policy

  • Agent data (name, contact details, payout details) is collected solely for Program administration.
  • Guest booking data is used only to validate referrals and will not be shared with Agents.
  • All data is handled in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

 

4. Payout Guidelines

Commission Structure

  • Agents earn a fixed commission of 20% based on our accommodation rate* (* The accommodation rate is the published rate less 150 Pesos). For example, if our published rate is 850 Pesos per person per night, the commission amount will be computed on the net amount which is 700 Pesos (850-150).
  • Commissions are computed based on net amount of government mandated discounts such as Senior Citizen's discount as applicable.

Payout Conditions

  • Payouts are only made once the referred guest has:
    • Checked in and presented the referral code or QR code or agent has given details of the guest prior to arrival, and
    • Successfully checked out, with the booking validated by Baguio Feels Bed & Breakfast.

Payment Schedule

  • Payouts are processed 24 hours after the guest checks out.
  • Minimum payout threshold: There is no minimum threshold for payouts.
  • Confirmation of payout will be sent out through SMS, email or other channels used during registration

Payment Method

  • Confirmed payouts can be claimed at our office located at 94 Pidawan, Loakan Proper, Baguio City for local affiliates or through bank transfers, GCash, or other approved e-wallet transfers for non-local affiliates.
  • Agents are responsible for ensuring their payout details are accurate.

Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding payouts must be raised within 30 days of payment.
  • Baguio Feels Bed & Breakfast’s decision on referral validation is final.

 

5. Acceptance of Terms

  • By participating in the Program, Agents acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these guidelines and policies.
